From Monday 2nd September access to Bartletts SEAT will be changing due to the Queensway Gateway junction improvements. The only access will now be from The Ridge through a manned gate. Whilst the situation is not ideal we would like to assure you we will remain open.
Unfortunately our main car park is currently closed due to the improvements. However we do have a limited number of dedicated customer parking slots on our forecourt, which are near the entrance and clearly marked.Please see below for a list of the dates and diversions:
Tuesday 3 – Sunday 29 September: Temporary traffic signals will be in place at
the junction of Junction Road and the A21 Sedlescombe Road North. These will be
in place 24 hours a day during this period.Monday 18 November – Tuesday 31 December: The A21 Sedlescombe Road
North will be closed between the entrance to Dunelm and the junction of the A28
Westfield Lane. The road will be closed between 8pm and 6am during these dates.
